With over 25 years in the construction industry, HD Structures is built on a foundation of proven systems, disciplined execution, and relationships that consistently deliver results. Led by Douglas Monson, the company brings a rare combination of hands-on expertise and executive-level project leadership—having successfully managed everything from luxury custom homes and equestrian estates to complex commercial and remote builds. Known for a strategic, detail-driven approach, Douglas has spent decades refining processes that ensure projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and above reproach. WE FOCUS ON SAFETY

Our commitment to safety during the construction phase is second to none. We are continually improving our building methods to meet and exceed industry standards and to ensure the safety of our employees as well as the safety of all other personnel that will need to gain access to the construction site during the building process. Our safety officers meet with the local OSHA consultants and compliance officers regularly to go over the safest possible methods we can use on individual projects to conform to current and upcoming regulations. Working together with governing agencies we develop new methods that work both towards maximum safety and maximizing efficiency. We are implementing the safety of tomorrow today.
